This is by far the most professional and friendly staff I've ever dealt with regarding personal storage. I don't think it's possible for Darlene or Dalia the two office employees to have a bad day and if they do they certainly hide it well and behind smiles and bubbling outgoing personalities. But even when dealing with the harshness of pandemic realities, they'll still maintain a smile and treat you fairly while being professional and clearly outlining options and suggestions if you do happen to be late or fall behind. But not only that boys and girls, this is probably one of the cleanest facilities you'll ever deal with in a metropolitan area. It's swept daily to maintain a cleanliness standard but also to reassure all the tenants that the property is walked daily so we know it's secure. If you need storage that's easily accessible to an MTS bus line and/or trolley station, and has plenty of parking to load and unload you would be remiss and not venting here or at least taking the time to see what's available and have the pleasure of meeting one or two pretty awesome people in the process. And cherry on the sundae, The rates are pretty dang competitive for downtown San Diego!.”
